Private 90 minute evaluation with your holistic health and wellness coach. This comprehensive evaluation discusses your lifestyle from childhood to present. Virtual/In person/Phone consultations are mandatory to determine where you are along your wellness journey in order to adequately support you.

Private 60 minute assessment with your holistic health and wellness coach. Comprehensive review of our recommendations from initial consultation. Recommendations varies within nutritional support, medical grade phototherapy, energy healing, spiritual guidance, and meal preperation.

Your commitment with your private health and wellness coach will foster expansion of your mind, body, and/ soul. Your recommendations are an ongoing ebb and flow. Your health and wellness coach will facilitate, educate, and support your body's innate power. Results may vary yet typically we witness old lifestyles gracefully transitions to an alternate exsitence.

Join us for a private 60-minute energy healing and guidance session, where ancient energy medicine techniques are employed to harmonize and restore your energetic ki, prana, or life force. This offering includes a complimentary 15-minute consultation to determine the most appropriate energy healing method for your spiritual needs, with options like Usui Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Intuitive Energy Healing (Patent Pending). For skeptics, quantum physics and GDV cameras provide scientific evidence of the existence of an energy body. Travel not included.

Medical grade phototherapy optimizes cellular function to reduce inflammation, manage pain, manage stress, mange mental health, and aide in healing injuries.This non invasive treatment is safe for children to adults. Even pets. If any of the mentioned issues are considered chronic conditions treatment may offer relief. Includes a complimentary 15 minute consultation to determine the treatment duration and frequency. One session includes front and back of 2 treatment areas. Travel cost not included.
